Induction Hob Sterling IH1
We use the Sterling IH1 induction hob in our rear pull-outs because, without a flame, it can be used perfectly for outdoor cooking even in windy conditions. Since the heat is transferred directly to the cookware, it is significantly more effective than cooking with gas.
The IH1 has eight power levels, with a maximum power consumption of 1845 watts at the highest level. To utilize the full power of the hob, your inverter should have a pure sine wave output and 2000 watts of continuous power. Due to its variable power consumption, this hob is ideal for use with an inverter.
Features:
• Eight power levels with variable power consumption
• External control panel with power display for separate installation
• Automatic shutdown 1 minute after removing inductive cookware
• Timer
