Filters pollutants, taste and appearance

The Active filter cartridge made of sintered activated carbon adsorbs unpleasant odors and bland taste impairments such as chlorine and chlorine breakdown products. It also reduces organic pollutants, various medicinal residues, light hydrocarbons, solvents, pesticides, aromas and fine particles (rust, lime flakes, sand). It fits into any Alb Filter housing and is used for drinking water treatment in the home kitchen and on the go when camping.

 

 

What is filtered? 

Chlorine and other taste impairments

The high-quality Alb Filter coconut block activated carbon adsorbs unpleasant odors (chlorine, CHCs, CFCs and many more) and taste impairments in drinking water.

Microplastics and other fine particles

The ultrafine structure of the sintered activated carbon reliably retains microscopic plastic particles.

Medicine residues and pesticides

Organic compounds such as pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, drug residues, hormones and hormone-like substances are reduced.

Heavy metals such as lead and copper

The adsorptive effect of activated carbon binds and reduces heavy metals in drinking water.
