Switch panel for boat or motorhome with REMOTE panel

The original tigerexped switch panel with freely assignable buttons, which can be individually programmed as switches or momentary buttons, brings the operation of all your devices to one central location - highly flexible and visually appealing.

Separate mounting of control box and panel

While the control box can be installed in an electrical compartment or cabinet with all consumer connections, the panel can be conveniently routed to any location using just a single Micro USB cable up to 5 m in length. Instead of requiring installation depth for connections, it only needs a single hole for the USB cable.

Note on the Micro USB cable: A 1m long cable is included, but you can also use your own, which can be up to 5m long. Please make sure it has proper shielding, so do not buy a cheap product!

IP67 certified

The control unit is water-protected and certified according to the IP67 standard, meaning it can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is therefore suitable for use in splash-prone areas on deck.

Furthermore, IP67 also confirms that the device is dust-tight and protected even during extreme tours through desert areas with extremely fine dust (which, experience shows, doesn't stop at even the smallest opening).

For this purpose, the control panel features a completely sealed membrane foil surface.

Fully flexible application possibilities

All buttons can be freely configured as switches or momentary buttons!

Bluetooth

The two device versions with Bluetooth can be configured and operated via smartphone (Android / iOS)!

Circuit protection

Circuit protection is guaranteed per port by an integrated, resettable 10A fuse.

Switch panel suitable for 12V AND 24V

The permissible operating voltage for our original tigerexped switch panel with remote panel is between 11 and 30 volts. It can therefore be operated without any issues on both 12 and 24-volt on-board power systems.

Connecting consumers

All consumers are connected to the control box using flat connectors.

Connecting the power supply

The power supply is fed into the control box via a screw connection on the side of the housing.

Connecting the switch panel

All information on connecting the switch panel and configuring the buttons can be found after selecting the device version (6 or 10 ports / consumers to be connected) under the menu item "PDF".

 

Important note regarding use with pressurized water pumps

This remote control panel is not suitable for operation with Lillie pumps or similar pressurized water pumps, even if their power consumption is actually within the panel's specifications.

The reason: These types of pressurized water pumps generate so-called backfeed EMF voltage spikes (electromagnetic feedback) during operation. When starting up or during operation, these can briefly act in the opposite direction and thereby permanently damage the panel.

Since the pumps do not have a special component that prevents this feedback, the panel must not be combined with them. Please therefore do not use Lillie pumps in direct connection with this switch panel.
