Induction Hob Sterling IH1

We use the Sterling IH1 induction hob in our rear pull-outs because, without a flame, it can be used perfectly for outdoor cooking even in windy conditions. Since the heat is transferred directly to the cookware, it is significantly more efficient than cooking with gas.

The IH1 has eight power levels, with the highest level drawing 1845 watts. To utilize the hob's full power, your inverter should have a pure sine wave output and a continuous power rating of 2000 watts.

The hob is delivered ready for operation and can be plugged directly into any 230-volt socket thanks to its Euro plug. Due to its variable power consumption, this hob is ideal for use with an inverter.
