The Sterling IH1L induction hob is the smaller alternative to the IH1 and is also suitable for use in our rear pull-outs, because without a flame it can be used perfectly for outdoor cooking even in windy conditions. Since the heat is transferred directly to the cookware, it is much more effective than gas stoves.
The IH1L has eight power levels, with a maximum power consumption of 1000 watts. To utilize the full power of the hob, your inverter should have a pure sine wave output and 1000 watts of continuous power.
The hob is delivered ready for operation and can be connected directly to any 230-volt socket thanks to its Euro plug. Due to its variable power consumption, this hob is ideal for use with an inverter.
The larger Sterling IH1 model offers even more power for autonomous cooking in a camper with its 1845 watt power consumption.
Functions:
• Eight power levels with variable power consumption
• External control panel with power display for separate installation
• Automatic switch-off 1 minute after removing inductive cookware
• Timer
