The Sterling IH1L induction cooktop is the compact alternative to the IH1 and is equally suitable for use in our rear pull-out systems, as it can be used perfectly for outdoor cooking even in windy conditions since there is no flame. Because heat is transferred directly to the cookware, it is significantly more efficient than gas stoves.

The IH1L has eight power levels, with a power consumption of 1000 watts at the highest setting. To utilize the full power of the cooktop, your inverter should feature a pure sine wave output and 1000 watts of continuous power.

The cooktop is delivered ready for operation and can be connected directly to any 230-volt socket thanks to the Europlug. Due to its variable power consumption, this cooktop is ideally suited for use with an inverter.

The larger Sterling IH1 model offers even more power for off-grid cooking in your camper with its power consumption of 1845 watts.
